 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges sent to us without prior notification will not be processed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE -

  • If you would like to return or exchange an item, please let us know. We deal with returns on a per item basis.
  • Since we are currently operating with a print per order system, we only take returns if your item is damaged or when you received the wrong item.
  • Item(s) you return must be in their original form (not worn, altered, or washed).
  • We may ask you to send photos of the product in order for a refund to take place. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund if an item has any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
  • No returns or exchanges 7 days after delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS -

  • We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges unless there was a mistake with the order. 
CANCELLATION POLICY -
    • Every order is custom made, so cancelling an order for an item that's already in the process of being created is not something we offer at the moment.
