Return Policy

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges sent to us without prior notification will not be processed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE -

  • If you would like to return or exchange an item, please let us know. We deal with returns on a per item basis.
  • We only take returns if your item is damaged or when you received the wrong item.
  • Item(s) you return must be in their original form (not worn, altered, or washed).
  • We may ask you to send photos of the product in order for a refund to take place. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund if an item has any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
  • No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
  • We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS -

  • We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges unless there was a mistake with the order. 
CANCELLATION POLICY -
    • Every order is custom made, so cancelling an order for an item that's already in the process of being created can't be done.
    • Orders are processed very quickly and work begins on them very soon after the order is placed. In most cases, you won't be able to cancel an order. Please send any questions you have about an item BEFORE you order it.
